How we assign appointments
We try to allocate appointments at the assessment centre closest to your home address. However, it is sometimes necessary to schedule assessments at the next-nearest location.
It is not possible for you to choose the centre at which you will have your assessment, but we will consider requests in line with DWP guidance and will accommodate changes where possible.
If you feel you are unable to travel to an assessment centre, please contact us.
